Start as an International System Install Coordinator in Veldhoven! In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating advanced ASML DUV system installations at customer locations worldwide. You will manage the complete installation process, from preparation in Veldhoven through on-site execution and final customer handover, while ensuring that quality, cycle time and cost targets are achieved.
You will work closely with international Customer Support teams, System Install Engineers, technical specialists and local stakeholders. You will coordinate daily activities, monitor progress, manage risks and escalations and secure the resources needed to keep installations on schedule. Because a large part of the role takes place at customer sites abroad, you should be comfortable with 60-80% international travel and working independently in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
Your responsibilities: - Preparing installations in Veldhoven and ensuring a smooth transfer to the field. - Coordinating on-site activities and supporting installation engineers working in different shifts. - Monitoring progress, quality, cycle time and cost while adjusting daily plans when required. - Identifying risks, managing escalations and securing the resources and technical support needed. - Reporting progress and KPIs while ensuring clear communication between customer sites and Veldhoven. - Capturing lessons learned and driving continuous improvements according to strict safety, quality and "first time right" standards.
