As a Cyber Security Process & Capability Analyst within Vanderlande's Airports business, you will play a key role in strengthening cybersecurity capabilities across our global airport operations. You will help define, improve, and operationalize cybersecurity processes while collaborating closely with delivery teams, security specialists, governance functions, and business stakeholders worldwide. What will you be doing?
As Cyber Security Process & Capability Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving cybersecurity processes that support secure and compliant service delivery across our Airports organization. You will work closely with the Cyber Defence Organisation (CDO), legal specialists, operational teams, and cybersecurity professionals to ensure consistent execution of cybersecurity activities and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities - Develop, document, maintain, and improve cybersecurity processes, procedures, workflows, runbooks, and operational playbooks. - Translate cybersecurity policies, legal requirements, and regulatory obligations into practical and implementable operational procedures. - Establish process governance, KPIs, reporting structures, and compliance monitoring mechanisms. - Support onboarding, adoption, and operationalization of new cybersecurity capabilities and services. - Conduct process maturity assessments...
