Are you looking for a technical role within a high-tech manufacturing environment? As a Technical Operator Electronics, you are responsible for keeping automated production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You monitor production processes, perform quality checks, adjust machines for new production orders and ensure that products meet the required quality standards. Working in a team of around 30 colleagues, you will contribute to the production of high-tech electronics while continuously developing your technical skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, values quality and likes to take responsibility within a modern manufacturing environment. From day one, you will be supported through a structured onboarding program, receive guidance from a buddy and gain access to your own training budget and the company academy. In return for your contribution, you'll receive a starting gross monthly salary of € 3.182,- including shift allowance.
Key responsibilities: - Operate production lines and manufacturing equipment - Adjust machines for new production orders - Monitor production processes and product quality - Load and replenish components and materials on the production line - Perform quality inspections and checks - Support a smooth and efficient production flow
