Your day starts with a short team check-in, after which you'll start assembling products together with your buddy: - Assemble components such as cables, parts, modules, and cabinets - Follow clear work instructions and basic technical drawings - Perform simple quality checks and visual inspections - Start with small assembly tasks (±15 minutes) - Grow towards more complex builds (up to 1-1.5 hours) - Work in a clean, structured environment within a team of around 30 colleagues

You will develop step by step within the role, starting with basic assembly tasks and gradually moving towards more technical and complex work. As you gain experience, your responsibilities will increase, along with your salary. In the long term, this also creates opportunities to grow into roles such as testing or quality control.
