As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you and your colleagues are responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of our accounts payable. You ensure that invoices are processed correctly, monitor outstanding items, and maintain contact with suppliers and colleagues within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things: - Recording, coding, posting, and verifying purchase invoices; - Paying vendor invoices; - Cleaning Up the Accounts Payable List - Maintain contact with suppliers and internal departments; - Identifying and resolving discrepancies in invoices and journal entries; - Reviewing expense entries and reports; - Proactively follow up on missing or incorrect purchase orders (POs); - Assist the Financial Controller with cash flow management and internal reporting. - Contribute to the efficient organization of administrative processes.
