Article 1 - Personal data we process
The moment you start working for us, we are required to collect the following data as part of fulfilling the legal obligation: - BSN - Copy of residence permit or work permit (if applicable) - Other data that can be linked to personnel, salary and absence records

We will retain your mediation data for one year after our last contact and/or approval of our legal basis. You will receive a notice six weeks before the expiry of the term in which we ask for your consent to any approval for renewal. If you wish to be unsubscribed in the interim, please let us know by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by contacting the relevant Soma Works contact.
Among other things, Soma Works uses Google Analytics.
