Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Ensuring effective coordination with colleagues, including task distribution, attending meetings, and contributing to spontaneous alignments when needed. Resolving bottlenecks (often related to quality or quantity) by coordinating with the appropriate department(s). Creating, updating, and improving work instructions for the department and training colleagues. Reporting identified process issues and potential improvements to other departments. Prioritizing tasks and determining the order of work for yourself and the department. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP. Analyzing data and processes to implement improvements. Operating internal transport equipment such as reach trucks and combi trucks. Relevant experience in a warehouse environment, such as in roles like Inventory Controller or Troubleshooter. Wat bieden wij je? Handling customer complaints. Auditing internal processes (comparing documented vs. actual processes) and reporting findings. Updating and sharing performance dashboards.
