As Project Manager Communications, you will be part of the Communications department and report to the Communications Manager. The team is responsible for company content and communication activities from our international headquarters.
A key focus of your role will be the coordination and production of Action's Annual Report and quarterly financial communications. You will manage the process from planning through to publication, bringing together input from multiple stakeholders and ensuring content is delivered accurately, consistently and on time.
You will work closely with Finance, Sustainability, HR, Buying, Supply Chain and other departments to collect, structure and translate complex business information into clear and accessible communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include: - Manage the end-to-end production of the Annual Report, including planning, content collection, review rounds, approvals and publication; - Coordinate the preparation and publication of quarterly financial statements, results and related communications; - Working closely with Finance and senior internal stakeholders to translate financial and business information into clear, consistent and understandable content; - Coordinating cont...
