In a nutshell
Our People team strives to revolutionize human resources in the same way that Picnic has revolutionized grocery delivery. Picnic's central team is built of 1,000 talented individuals across Amsterdam, Paris, and Düsseldorf. The People team consists of 15 People Business Partners that take full responsibility for the development and organization of everyone in the central t eam. As a People Business Partn er - Tech , you will be responsible for approximately 75 Picnic-ers in our Tech domain (including Software Engineers, Product Owners, and Data Engineers) .
Your responsibilities will vary from conducting reviews, working on people-related projects, and having development conversations with our tech teams. You'll demonstrate an understanding of the business and act as a thought leader regarding people topics within tech . You'll partner with a cross-functional group of tech experts to design and execute the strategy for how your assigned team: staffs, onboards, develops, rotates, motivates, retains, and organizes.
