Casual Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher at MyHotel Meppel!
For restaurant Stein, MyHotel Meppel is looking for an enthusiastic zero-hour Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher to strengthen our kitchen team. Are you not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do you enjoy working in a friendly team? Then we are looking for you!
As a Kitchen Assistant / Porter, you support our kitchen team with various tasks. You keep on top of the washing-up and ensure that the kitchen remains clean, tidy and organised. In addition, you help the chefs with simple preparatory tasks, such as chopping ingredients, getting products ready and assisting with the preparation of dishes. You pitch in where necessary and, together with your colleagues, ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly.
This role is ideal as a side job alongside your school or studies. You will mainly work in the evenings and at weekends, making the role easy to combine with school.

What we ask

You are at least 16 years old -
You are enthusiastic and like to roll up your sleeves -
Experience in a kitchen or as a dishwasher is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement -
You enjoy taking on various tasks in and around the kitchen -
You are available to work flexibly, mainly in the evenings, at weekends and on bank holidays -
You work well in a team and have a positive work ethic -
You value hygiene and working neatly -
You are reliable and keep your commitments
