Own vendor relationships and performance to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery, contract compliance, and continuous improvement across assigned suppliers. Core responsibilities - Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle: sourcing support, onboarding, performance management, renewal, and offboarding. - Negotiate and administer contracts, including SLAs, KPIs, pricing, and risk/compliance requirements. - Monitor vendor performance using scorecards; lead QBRs and corrective action plans. - Partner with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, Finance, Operations, Security) to align vendor outcomes to business needs. - Track budgets, invoices, and cost optimization initiatives; identify savings and efficiency opportunities. - Assess and mitigate vendor risk (security, regulatory, financial, operational); maintain required documentation. - Resolve escalations and service issues; ensure timely communication and stakeholder satisfaction. - Maintain accurate vendor records, reporting, and process documentation. Required skills and qualifications - Experience in vendor management, procurement, or supplier performance management. - Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to define and manage SLAs , KPIs , and performance improvement plans. - Analytical skills for cost, quality, and risk assessment; strong reporting and documentation. - Excellent communication, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. - Familiarity with vendor tools (e.g., ERP, procurement platforms, ticketing systems) and compliance practices.
