Senior Assortment Planner (JN-0030754)

Join Nike EHQ as a Senior Assortment Planner and play a key role within the EMEA Sport Planning team. You will help shape and manage the One EMEA Assortment Plan, driving strategic decisions across product, inventory, and financial planning to support Nike's growth and marketplace objectives.

This is a temporary assignment running until February 2027.

What are you going to do?
This role requires close collaboration with Merchandising, Marketplace Planning, Supply & Inventory Management, and cross-functional partners to create consumer-focused assortments while optimizing sales, margin, and inventory health. You will:

- Manage multi-season assortment plans across Sports, Product Families, and Style Colors.
- Own Open-To-Buy (OTB) planning and validate plans through rolling Stock & Sales Plans.
- Drive assortment strategies that optimize sales, margin, inventory, and product health.
- Manage franchise and product family performance aligned with global business targets.
- Allocate constrained products based on production capacity and marketplace demand.
- Lead responsive and always-available inventory planning while balancing revenue and inventory goals.
- Drive planning projects, prioritize deliverables, and provide clear demand signals to Supply Planning and Sourcing teams.
