What will you do?
You are the driving force behind our food safety and product quality. In this role, you bridge the gap between abstract procedures and daily operations. - Closely monitor the handling, storage, and processing of our fresh fruit and vegetables. - Conduct regular quality, hygiene, and process audits directly in the warehouse and operational areas. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal standards. - Support and actively participate in both internal and external audits. You are fully comfortable being present on the bustling audit floor. - Identify and report deviations and follow up on corrective actions. - Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations to maintain high standards. - Maintain quality records and documentation when needed.

Who are you? - You have at least 3 years experience in food safety, quality control, or a similar role in production, logistics, or fresh produce environment. - You have a hands-on, pragmatic mindset-you thrive on the operational floor and love engaging with the team. - You are a self-driven professional who anticipates needs and takes action without needing direction." - You have a structured and accurate way of working, are reliable and solution-oriented. - You have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
