As a Security Engineer at ITQ, you will play a crucial role within our security team, helping to provide a secure platform for our clients. You will collaborate with colleagues who share your enthusiasm for technology. Currently, our security portfolio includes Trend Micro, MS Defender, and Carbon Black. We are looking for someone to strengthen our team with expertise in Trend Micro.
Job Description:
As a Security Engineer, you will ensure that our clients' environments are up-to-date and support various MSP departments (Digital Workspace and Hybrid Cloud) with their security-related needs. You will stay informed about developments at the client and assess their impact on the client's data center. In this role, you will also be responsible for lifecycle management, incidents, and changes related to the Trend Micro portfolio. Additionally, you will be involved in projects where we roll out new environments and onboard clients, providing support as a project team member.
Your responsibilities include: -
Implementing and maintaining the Trend Micro infrastructure. In the future, we will expand our portfolio to include MS Defender and Trend Micro's cloud-based solutions. -
Analyzing and resolving security-related incidents. -
Performing standard changes in the client environment. -
