The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining a reliable, secure and efficient data communications environment. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment, including phones, desktops, laptops and WAN links in order to ensure smooth network operation and work cooperatively with vendor personnel managing our data center infrastructure. - Light Hardware Repair
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
REQUIREMENTS - Intermediate knowledge of backup software and hardware - Intermediate knowledge of the latest Network Operating Systems and hardware - Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and Enterprise Messaging Software - Working knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Support/LAN environment
Strong ability to: - Take initiative - Work both independently and under the direction of different departments - Work collaboratively with others - Perform quickly and successfully under deadlines/pressure
PREFERRED Experience: - Bachelors degree preferred with 5 years of related technical experience - MSCE - Sophos Antivirus & Hard Disk Encryption - VMWare VCenter - MS Active Directory - Windows and Mac desktop environments
