We are seeking an experienced Clinical Data Scientist to grow Danone's capability in non-randomized evidence generation and real-world data science.
In this role, you will provide statistical oversight for evidence-generation initiatives that mainly fall outside the traditional randomized controlled trial framework, this can include observational studies, pragmatic trials, single-arm studies. A strong focus will be supporting the evaluation of studies in which digital health tools are developed.
You will establish methodological standards, provide expert scientific guidance, mentor colleagues, and contribute to evidence-generation decisions across research programs and business functions. You will play a key role in strengthening Danone's ability to generate evidence from real-world settings, through digital health tools.
You are a self-starter who identifies opportunities and acts on them, taking initiative and bringing structure where needed. Main responsibilities - Define and drive methodological standards for observational research, real-world evidence generation and digital health tool (AI algorithm) evaluation. Identify emerging methodological developments and translate them into practical applications within Danone. - Advise stakeholders on study design, fit-for-purpose evidence strategies, sources of bias, confounding and where feasible causal inference approaches. - Provide senior review and oversight of protocols, statistical analysis plans and study reports.
