- HBO level of thinking and working - At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in MSP, staffing or workforce management - Comfortable working in complex, process-driven environments with multiple stakeholders - Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and with clients and suppliers - Proactive and analytical, with the ability to identify trends and risks before they become problems - Excellent communication skills in Dutch; English is a plus - Available full-time (40 hours): 3 days per week at our office in Schiphol, 2 days on-site at the client in the Schiphol region
