Description
Purpose
As part of the central services team, you will drive Another Star's efforts to achieve world-class compliance in the domains of Health, Safety, Security & Risk Management. This includes researching, strategizing, and implementing best-in-class practices aimed at creating a safe environment for our employees and guests.
In this role, you will lead the rollout and maintenance of the Another Star Safety & Security framework globally, with a particular focus on the US market. Mentoring and guiding a specialist, you will oversee gap analyses and enforce citizenM standards for Fire, Food, and Workplace Safety. The ultimate objective of your role is to fortify the resilience of our hotel operations and elevate guest and employee satisfaction across all compliance domains.
Your primary focus will be our US hotel portfolio and will include collaborating closely with our US teams. This involves adapting your schedule to US East Coast hours approximately two days a week to ensure seamless collaboration with regional teams.
Qualifications / skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in the field of; Health & Safety, Security, Risk Management, Crisis Management, or similar. - Relevant work experience in H&S, security. - Willing to work from our office 2-3 days a week. - Adapt to US East Coast hours approximately 2 days a week. - Fluent in English. - Smart thinker, team player, and problem solver. - Curious researcher with a b...
