As a Project Planner at NEDCON, you are the key link in material planning for often complex projects across Europe and the USA. You will work closely with various departments and ensure that everything runs smoothly, from quotation to execution. In doing so, you make an important contribution to the successful delivery of our projects.

This is what you will do
You identify bottlenecks, investigate their root causes, and collaborate with colleagues to find effective solutions. In addition, you analyze opportunities for improvement within processes and procedures and actively contribute to optimization initiatives.
With your strong sense of overview, you ensure clear agreements, planning structures, and work processes. You monitor project progress in terms of planning, quality, and budget, and make timely adjustments whenever necessary.
Your key responsibilities: - Participate in project kick-offs and handover meetings to align material planning effectively. - Review material lists from Engineering for completeness and accuracy. - Follow up on quotations and order releases. - Make make-or-buy decisions. - Coordinate material planning and delivery schedules. - Align delivery schedules with installation planning (Just-in-Time (JIT) principles). - Monitor material release throughout the project and resolve planning deviations. - Communicate final material plans and schedule changes clearly and in a timely manner to all relevant departments.
