Job description
As an All-Around Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ensuring that machines, production lines, and technical systems operate at peak performance. You will work alongside operators, engineers, and colleagues from the technical department to maintain the highest possible availability of our machinery.
As part of the maintenance team, you'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Every day brings new technical challenges, making this an ideal role for technicians who enjoy solving problems and working hands-on.
What you bring
- An MBO Level 3 or 4 qualification in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or an equivalent technical diploma - At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Service Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or in a similar technical role - The ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and work in a structured, safe manner - Willingness to work shifts as required, including evening, night, or weekend shifts depending on the production schedule - Functional English skills to communicate effectively with colleagues - A proactive mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
