Senior Financial Controller
Role purpose: Lead financial control, reporting accuracy, and governance to support strategic decision-making, ensure compliance, and strengthen financial performance. Core responsibilities - Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely, accurate financial statements. - Oversee general ledger integrity, account reconciliations, and balance sheet controls. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; provide actionable insights to leadership. - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies; coordinate audits and respond to findings. - Develop and maintain internal controls, risk management processes, and financial governance frameworks. - Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting automation. - Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members; set priorities and performance expectations.
