What are you going to do?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will support candidates and clients from the initial meeting right through to a successful placement. - You will recruit and select candidates for permanent and interim roles; - You visit clients and build relationships; - You conduct intake interviews and draft recruitment profiles; - You support candidates throughout the application process; - You identify opportunities in the market and advise clients on recruitment and HR issues.
Who are you?
As a Recruitment and Selection Consultant, you know how to bring people and organisations together. - You have completed a relevant higher professional education (HBO) degree; - You have experience in job placement or recruitment; - You communicate easily with candidates and clients; - You are keen to further expand your network in the region; - Knowledge of technology would be an advantage.
