Lead Assortment Planner (JN-0027812)

Join Nike EHQ as a Assortment Planner Lead and take ownership of shaping consumer-right assortments across EMEA.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of assortment strategies within a fast-paced and dynamic sports environment. You’ll be responsible for translating marketplace insights and performance data into impactful assortments that drive growth, enhance consumer experiences, and fuel marketplace success.

This is a temporary assignment until January 2027.

What are you going to do?
- Own and develop sport-specific assortment plans, optimizing RSV, OTB, margin, and inventory health
- Lead seasonal buy planning and in-season responsiveness to maximize performance and mitigate risk
- Build and maintain rolling Stock & Sales and OTB plans for key franchises, ensuring strong product family health
- Translate marketplace insights into actionable strategies that drive consumer-right assortments and business results
- Partner cross-functionally across Planning, Merchandising, Sports, Marketing, Nike Direct, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Contribute to CODE moments by identifying opportunities and risks, and aligning stakeholders on clear actions
- Drive operational excellence and innovation by leveraging analytics, influencing senior stakeholders, and improving planning processes
