Regional Sales Representative - Agriculture Germany

- Manage and grow an established dealer and distributor network across the Netherlands and Central Europe, driving sales performance and strengthening long-term commercial partnerships;
- Deliver product, sales, and technical training to dealer and distributor teams, providing hands-on coaching to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement;
- Identify new business opportunities within sectors such as municipalities, sports facilities, golf courses, industry, and landscaping, while achieving ambitious sales and growth targets;
- Collaborate with international marketing and product management teams by sharing market insights, customer feedback, and ideas to support future product development and marketing initiatives;
- Represent a global leader in commercial robotic technology, working remotely with extensive travel across Europe and occasional international trips to support customers, distributors, and strategic projects.
