As an MSP Recruiter, you will be responsible for external hiring for the Municipality of Almelo on behalf of HeadFirst Group. You will advise hiring managers on staffing issues, oversee the entire hiring process, and ensure that the right professionals are deployed at the right time. In doing so, you will make a direct contribution to projects and social initiatives within the municipality.
You'll be joining a team where quality, ownership, and collaboration are key. There are no sales targets or individual revenue goals-just an environment where you build relationships, advise managers, and work with colleagues to deliver high-quality service.
