We are looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician who is eager to share knowledge, take initiative, and lead a team in a dynamic production environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of machinery, installations, and production lines. You will not only resolve technical issues but also act as a mentor and role model for your colleagues. Working closely with the Head of Technical Services, you will contribute to the ongoing development and professionalization of the maintenance department. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and production lines - Diagnose and resolve technical faults to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations - Contribute to technical improvement projects and optimization of production processes - Train and support team members, especially in electrical and PLC-related knowledge - Maintain accurate records in maintenance and fault management systems (e.g., Ultimo) - Ensure compliance with quality procedures and support onboarding of new colleagues Over het bedrijf
