Are you a natural problem-solver who listens before jumping in to solve issues? Do you have an interest in technology and would you like to be the linchpin of the technical support team at a close-knit family business? Would you like to work in a team where personal attention and development are key? Then we're looking for you! No experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential. We'll train you from scratch, from helpdesk role to fully-fledged technical support specialist!
When is this role on your mind?
As a Helpdesk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll take reports over the phone, log them correctly in the system and, where possible, resolve issues remotely. You'll listen carefully, understand the situation and then come up with the right solution. Step by step, you'll progress: from the helpdesk to the field service, and eventually to a full-time role including weekend shifts. Thanks to your calm demeanour and problem-solving skills, you'll ensure that customers are always helped!
