Customer Service Employee

Summary of the role In the role of Customer Service Employee you will be in contact with customers, inform customers about status of orders, and enter quotes, orders and other requests in SAP. Role and Responsibilities Enter quotes and orders in SAP. First contact to customers. Inform customers about status of orders. Handle warranty, return and credit requests Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc.) Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests Proactive order follow up Skills and Qualifications Minimum MBO - degree (commercial or logistics). General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain). Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired. Fluent French or Italian language skills are required (writing and verbal) English language on a good level and any additional language, like Dutch for example, would be a plus. Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS-Office).
