How do we address this
First, we schedule an introductory meeting with you to draft the job profile / job description. With this job posting, we will search within our network for candidates who fit this profile. We invite candidates to our office for a first meeting. If there is an optimal match, we will introduce up to three candidates to you. The turnaround time from application to placement is one to three months. Panthion is often asked to perform the recruitment and selection process for HR, Finance and administrative positions.
