At ista Netherlands, we work every day to improve our services. We do this not only by streamlining our processes, but also by ensuring that knowledge is retained and shared. To further professionalise our Billing organisation, we are looking for a Billing Processes Trainer.
In this role, you will be responsible for training, mentoring and developing staff within Billing. Where required, you will support Customer Service and Contract Support in developing billing-related knowledge and skills. You will ensure that critical knowledge and working methods are documented, so that they are not dependent on individual staff members. In addition, you will build a future-proof training structure and act as a point of reference and process expert within the organisation.
You will report to the Billing & Transformation Manager. Our office is based in Schiedam.
