We are looking for a Reception Associate to join our team-someone who thrives on supporting colleagues, organizing administrative processes, and providing a professional welcome and service to customers, suppliers, and visitors.
About the Position
As a Reception Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our organization and will ensure a professional and welcoming reception for customers, suppliers, and visitors. You'll play a key operational and support role in Swagelok's day-to-day operations. The position is highly operational and service-oriented, requiring you to work within clearly defined processes and guidelines. You ensure that administrative and facility-related tasks are carried out carefully and accurately, and you contribute to the smooth running of daily operations. You will support the Services department in the planning and administration of training sessions, rental activities, and surveys. In doing so, you will follow established procedures and promptly coordinate any specifics or deviations with your supervisor.
