Senior Corporate Recruiter
Role purpose: Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent while ensuring an efficient, compliant, and data-informed hiring process. Core responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and hiring timelines. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pipelines. - Conduct structured interviews and coordinate interview panels to ensure consistent candidate assessment. - Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records, documentation, and hiring metrics. - Improve candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and process transparency. - Support employer branding and talent market insights to strengthen recruiting outcomes. - Ensure adherence to equal employment opportunity (EEO) and applicable hiring compliance requirements.
