Instructor Management and Development:
Strategically recruit, professionally train, and effectively supervise a team of freelance instructors

Required Qualifications
Professional Profile:
Distinctive artistic portfolio showcasing a unique ceramic style and creative vision
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in ceramics or related artistic disciplines
Technical Expertise:
Advanced wheel throwing capabilities, demonstrating precision across a wide range of object sizes (200g to 15kg)
Comprehensive mastery of ceramics methods, materials, glaze formulation, and kiln operations
Proven ability to teach and mentor students across all skill levels, from novice to advanced practitioners
Leadership and Management:
Documented experience managing ceramic studio operations and effectively supervising staff and instructors
Demonstrated professional teaching background in community arts or studio environments
Exceptional self-management skills with ability to work independently and proactively
Interpersonal and Professional Attributes:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to engage and inspire diverse groups across age ranges
