You're a determined, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in fast-moving environments. We need a true hunter, someone who operates independently, constantly tests new approaches, and delivers fast, measurable results while always focusing on customer impact.
What you'll do
- Drive revenue & pipeline: Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, consistently exceeding revenue targets.Develop and execute a data-driven territory plan to prioritize and scale high-potential accounts. - Strategic account management: Collaborate deeply with Product, Marketing, and the Founders, acting as the customer's voice to align internal efforts with market needs. - Sales performance & optimization: Master product value articulation and skillfully manage complex contract negotiations to maximize deal velocity and size.
