What are you going to do?
- Prepare production moulds for concrete prefabricated elements - Install reinforcement according to technical drawings and specifications - Pour and process concrete in prepared moulds - Remove finished prefabricated elements from moulds - Repair minor imperfections and finish concrete surfaces - Clean and prepare moulds for the next production cycle - Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process - Follow health and safety regulations and keep the workplace organized
Who are you?
- You have experience in concrete work, reinforcement, formwork, or a similar production role, or you are eager to learn - You have a valid Category B driving licence - You communicate in English or German at a conversational level - You can work with hand and power tools - You can read basic technical drawings - You work accurately and pay attention to quality - You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team - You are reliable, motivated, and ready for physical work
