Assistent Store Manager bij No Label

Why does everyone always want to be a manager? At No Label you don’t manage stuff, you own it. We can find you where the action takes place, no office mentality from an ivory tower but 24/7 on the shop floor.
You’re the gatekeeper of customer service, no customer of yours will walk out the door unsatisfied. You are a motivator for others, you drive sales through the roof and customers see you as the face of the No Label success story.
You’ll be responsible for:
● Making sure the customers receive the best service possible
● Manage a team of sales assistants
● Monitor store performance, on all aspects
● Motivate, lead and guide the team
● Oversee store processes run correctly and coming up with improvements where needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
● Service oriented
● Strong communication skills, you can keep up a conversation with anyone
● Proven leadership skills or experience
● Ability to create and analyze store data
We don’t require you to have years of experience or a ”passion” for fashion, we just need you to be adaptable and have a thirst for knowledge.
