As Legal Counsel, you work at the intersection of law, business and technology. You are involved early on, explore the question behind the legal issue and turn complex topics into clear choices and workable solutions. This gives you a direct influence on decisions at Nedap and plenty of room to shape your role.
As Nedap grows as a Digital Twin Technology company and our international activities continue to develop, legal and commercial questions become more complex. Your role is to turn that complexity into choices colleagues can genuinely act on. You have the freedom to challenge existing ways of working, experiment and introduce better solutions.

Your responsibilities
Legal advice
advise business leaders and teams on commercial, legal and compliance matters;
Contracts
draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS, technology, distribution and hardware agreements;
Strategic projects
advise on strategic projects, transactions, governance and policy;
Scalable solutions
translate recurring legal questions into standards, templates, playbooks and smarter processes;
Collaboration
build strong relationships across Nedap's business units and international operations, bringing different interests together.
Your team
You will join a compact Legal & Compliance team. You report to the General Counsel and work closely with colleagues across Nedap, including business leaders and a range of expert teams.
