You will be working at Royal Swinkels in Lieshout, a family-owned company with more than 300 years of brewing heritage. Your workplace will be the ultra-modern bottling facility of Bavaria Brewery, where innovation and craftsmanship come together.
The location in Lieshout is easily accessible by car from Helmond, Eindhoven, Veghel, and Uden. You will join a friendly and diverse team with colleagues from different countries. Both Dutch and English are spoken on the work floor, giving you the opportunity to improve your language skills while you work.

As a Production Employee at Bavaria in Lieshout, you will play an important role in brewing and packaging one of the Netherlands' most iconic beers. In our state-of-the-art bottling facility, you help fill approximately 100,000 cans and bottles every hour.
Working at Bavaria means being involved in the entire production process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that production runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Your shift starts and ends with a handover, where you discuss production results, breakdowns, and other important details with operators from the other teams.
