As a Stock Admin Officer, you are the key link in the inventory management of the warehouse. You analyze inventory figures, process data, and share insights with the customer. You take the initiative to optimize processes and actively think about improvements. Your role is essential in ensuring inventory accuracy and increasing efficiency.
An average workday consists of inventorying the physical stock, comparing inventory data, and handling discrepancies. You assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and inventories. Additionally, you analyze problem pallets, investigate complaints and deviations in the goods flow, and ensure proper follow-up.
