Outdoor Field Worker - 40 uur - Deurne
Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being on the move? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team in a unique and hands-on role focused on environmental maintenance. What are you going to do?
As a groundskeeper, you will be responsible for controlling invasive plant species (Japanese Knotweed) using specialized electrical equipment. You'll work outside every day, traveling between multiple locations and carrying out practical, repetitive tasks with precision.
Your main tasks: - Treat invasive plants using electrical equipment (training provided) - Work independently across multiple outdoor locations - Ensure safe and accurate execution of tasks
You'll be working across various locations in the region, including: Eindhoven, Helmond, Venlo, Uden, Veghel, Geldrop, and Bergeijk. Daily departure is from Deurne , where you'll start your journey in a company vehicle.
What do we offer you? - Salary €15,- gross per hour - Full-time position. Departure from Deurne: typically between 06:00 - 07:00 - Travel time compensation - Company van provided - Stable, full-time work with consistent hours
What do you need? - You have a valid driver's license - You're comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions - You are reliable, independent, and responsible - You can handle repetitive work with focus - You speak English or Dutch
