As a Waiter(ess) you'll be at the heart of our restaurant and bar operations, providing friendly, attentive service and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. From welcoming guests and taking orders to serving food and beverages and supporting special events, you'll play an important role in creating memorable moments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly, and professional service.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve food and drinks in line with brand and service standards.

• Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant and bar areas.

• Handle guest requests and resolve queries professionally.

• Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Support conferences, events, and other Food & Beverage activities when required.

Essential Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, bar, or other hospitality environment.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

• Experience working in a customer-facing role.

• Dutch or additional language skills are an advantag
