Your Challenge as a Telephone Operator / Receptionist
As a Telephone Operator / Receptionist, you are the face of our organization. You welcome visitors and business relations and handle incoming phone calls. You ensure that everyone receives a warm welcome and is assisted in a professional and friendly manner.
You will also be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail, arranging business travel for our employees and, where necessary, our business relations. In addition, you will perform various light administrative tasks.
In short, this is a varied and versatile role in which your customer focus, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills are key.
