What are you going to do? - You are the first point of contact for our customers via email, telephone and in the showroom - You advise customers on our products and explain what precedes the installation of the stairs and doors - You provide excellent customer service and play an important role in the sales process - You keep an overview of the administration and ensure that everything runs smoothly What are we looking for? - You have demonstrable experience in sales and are driven to score - You get energy from closing deals and are only satisfied when the customer is too - You communicate persuasively and clearly, both in face-to-face contact and via email and telephone - You know how to enthuse customers and persuade them with your advice - You are a strong communicator, customer-focused and won't let go until the deal is closed - You are good at multitasking, switch quickly and have a keen eye for detail - You possess at least an MBO level 3 qualification - You are available for a 40-hour working week You are: - Customer-focused: You go to great lengths to ensure the customer is satisfied - Commercial acumen: You recognise opportunities and are results-driven - Strong communicator: You build a rapport easily with clients and colleagues - Accurate: You prepare quotes and order...
