The Corporate Tax Department for EMEA is located in Venlo, the Netherlands. For this location, we are recruiting a Tax Manager. You will join the Corporate Tax Department, which globally consists of 18 members, 4 of whom are currently located in Venlo. You are not expected to have experience with every aspect of the role from day one. Learning on the job and further development are encouraged and supported. You will report to the Director, Tax EMEA.

Corporate Income Tax Compliance: - Manage and support the preparation, review, and timely filing of CIT returns across EMEA jurisdictions, coordinating with local accounting teams and external advisors who prepare the tax returns. - Support the US tax return process. - Stay informed about relevant local tax law changes across the region, leveraging updates from external tax advisors and other relevant sources, and assess their potential impact on the business. - Oversee tax payments/refunds, estimates, and compliance calendars for EMEA entities. - Represent the company's position and interests in discussions and audits with external advisors and tax authorities.
Tax Accounting: - Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions for EMEA entities in accordance with US GAAP (on-the-job learning is possible). - Reconcile t...
