Your main responsibilities as Technical Operator within the Digital department? Operating, maintaining and continuously improving advanced printing systems! Using your technical expertise, you act as the first technical point of contact on the production line. In turn, you can expect a salary of up to €4,000 per month! You will follow an extensive training program, in which you will gradually develop from machine operation to advanced troubleshooting. Your responsibilities as Technical Operator Digital include: - Operating, setting up and optimizing highly automated digital printing equipment - Performing first line troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, process and machine related issues - Executing preventive and proactive maintenance to maximize machine availability - Supporting advanced troubleshooting using supplier documentation and structured diagnostic procedures - Monitoring machine performance and identifying opportunities for process optimization - Testing machine improvements, updates and technical modifications - Verifying the quality and safety of maintenance activities performed on production equipment - Providing structured technical handovers, including clear documentation of issues, root causes, actions taken and recommended follow-up - Training and coaching operators on machine operation, adjustments and troubleshooting techniques - Acting as the technical knowledge carrier within your production cell and supporting continuous knowledge transfer - Collaborating closely with Prod...
