As a Night Front Office Host(ess), you are the face of the hotel during the overnight hours, ensuring a smooth and secure operation while delivering warm, attentive service to our guests. You will manage late arrivals, early departures, and overnight guest requests, while maintaining a calm, organised front desk environment. This role is key in ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and operational continuity throughout the night. The position offers a minimum of 15 hours per week, making it ideal for those seeking flexibility or a part-time schedule. Responsibilities - Ensure a smooth overnight operation of the Front Office, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment - Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and all guest requests during the night shift - Handle administrative tasks such as night auditing, reporting, and system updates accurately - Respond to guest inquiries across phone, email, and face-to-face communication - Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service - Monitor hotel security and safety procedures in line with brand standards - Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to prepare for the next day's operations Essential Requirements - Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) - Ability to work independently and remain calm during night shifts - Highly organised with strong attention to detail - Responsible and proactive mindset with a focus on guest experience - Eligible to work in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements - Pre...
