About the Role
Workwize has built a demand generation engine and proven the market is there. The next phase needs a different kind of owner: one who doubles down on what works, cuts what doesn't, and turns a working engine into compounding, predictable pipeline. The Demand Generation Lead owns paid and organic end to end, and is measured at the revenue pipeline level, not the lead level. The market is growing and our ambition is to lead it by setting the standard others follow. This person has already done this inside a company that scaled from roughly €10M to €60M+ ARR, so working across multiple channels, segments and messages at once is familiar ground rather than a first attempt. Within 12 months they have a full funnel engine running across diverse channels, segments and messages, with continuous optimisation built into how the team operates by default, a team they hired and can stand behind, and a clear before and after story with attribution they can put in front of the board.
