Role purpose: Lead end-to-end recruitment for trading and front-office talent, partnering with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire high-performing candidates in fast-paced markets. Core Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruiting for trading roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing). - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines. - Develop proactive sourcing strategies across networks, referrals, direct outreach, and talent platforms. - Build and maintain candidate pipelines for priority desks and hard-to-fill specialties. - Coordinate interview logistics, ensure a strong candidate experience, and maintain process consistency. - Use recruiting data to track funnel health, time-to-fill, and quality metrics; recommend improvements. - Ensure compliance with hiring policies and applicable employment regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications - Experience recruiting for trading, quant, or other capital markets/front-office roles. - Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills. - Expertise in candidate sourcing, market mapping, and competitive intelligence. - Ability to evaluate technical and behavioral fit using structured interview methods. - Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and recruiting analytics. - High attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and urgency-driven execution.
