Good work!Over de functieAs Senior Operator in the pasteurisation department, you are the key operational point of contact for your shift team in a fast-paced food production environment. You are responsible for the pasteurisation of liquid egg products, supporting and guiding colleagues, and ensuring that all processes run safely, efficiently, and according to strict quality and hygiene standards. You also monitor equipment, resolve minor technical issues, and actively contribute to process improvements.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring pasteurisation equipment for liquid egg products in accordance with customer specifications
- Supervising and coordinating a team of 2 operators during the shift
- Controlling and adjusting processes via SCADA (Citect) system
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards (HACCP / BRC)
- Identifying and resolving minor technical issues and supporting smooth production flow
- Performing basic quality checks such as temperature measurements, calibrations, and product control

Work schedule (two-shift system):
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:45
- Afternoon shift: 14:45 – 23:30
