As an IT Application Consultant within the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) value stream at Tata Steel, you play a key role in supporting and improving the systems that enable the entire employee journey, from recruitment to retirement.
You work closely with HR stakeholders, key users, Functional Administrators, suppliers, and development teams to ensure applications remain stable, secure, and aligned with business needs. In this dynamic role, you act as the link between business and IT, helping to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions. By improving applications, processes, and integrations, you contribute to a reliable and user-friendly HR landscape that supports thousands of employees across Tata Steel.
